If cancellation is received later than indicated above, the agent agrees to allow the hotel to charge the agent a cancellation fee of one night of the contract rate. NO-Show policy: Should the No-show be received within the cancellation policy period prior to arrival date the agent agrees to allow the hotel to charge the full amount of the total room charge for stay of the period booked. Early check out: In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved check out date, the hotel will charge an early check-out fee one (01) night from the total stay.
